We ask our customers to allow us 1-2 business days of processing time to assemble your order before it ships.
When we receive your order and payment, we will process and send out the order within 1-2 business days. We ship items worldwide. All items will be sent by Canada Post service or DHL Express. Groovyshoes.ca does not guarantee the delivery time. All the custom charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer.
COVID 19 UPDATE- CURRENT ORDER SHIP OUT TIME IS BETWEEN 3-4 BUSINESS DAYS. CANADA POST IS THE ONLY CARRIER WE ARE USING RIGHT NOW. ALSO IF AN ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED AND WITH CANADA POST, THE DELAYS ARE THROUGH CANADA POST NOT THROUGH US.
2. Refused Shipments:
If you decide to refuse any shipments from groovyshoes.ca, you are responsible for the original shipping charge to you, and the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be subtracted from your purchase amount.
3.Returns & Exchange
If you have decided to return a product to Groovy for exchange or store credit, please email firstname.lastname@example.org immediately before taking any action. NO REFUNDS. Products are always checked before delivery. groovyshoes.ca will accept returns for store credit or exchange in another size within 7-10 business days of the item's delivery as long as the returned item is in a "brand new, unworn condition" and in the same condition, it was when shipped out.
Returns are solely the responsibility of the customer and must be completed within 7- 10 business days from the date of the delivery. Returns will not be refunded unless arranged otherwise by our staff. In the case of an exchange for a different size or item, the customer will be required to pay a re-shipping fee. Please read the terms below carefully regarding Courtesy Shipping Fees and Re-Shipping Fees.
The footwear product returned must be in a brand new, unworn condition. The shoes including the shoe box and any other additional products that came with the footwear product must be undamaged and unworn at the point of return. Also, the original shoe box must be sent back, a substitute shoe box will not be accepted.
Please note: The shoe box itself cannot be used as packaging to return the product, the shoe box is considered part of the product and therefore, must be in the same condition as when it left our store. Please use the original shipment packaging to ship the footwear back or provide your own shipping box in order to protect the entire product. Once all requirements are met, we will inspect the product and issue store credit or an exchange.
